AIMS
AIMS (APG Interface Management Solution) is a system-interface between medical billing files
and software that provides prospective Medicaid reimbursement figures. The AIMS system is designed to manage
patient, claim and procedure information vis-a-vis reimbursement under NYS Department of
Health's Ambulatory Patient Group (APG) methodology for all Hospital-Based Outpatient
Departments and Diagnostic Treatment Centers.
DATAQUEST
DataQuest (DQ) is a data mining and reporting tool specifically designed to link to complex
data sources of any size and configuration. DQ provides easy, fast analysis of data in OLAP
cube configuration and allows users to access data in datasheet, reporting and graphing
formats.
DQ opens DQ file extensions called Cubes. Cubes contain layouts, custom filters and groupings
and a copy of all data contained in the data source. Cubes are compact (by means of
compression techniques) and read-only and therefore do not corrupt the original data
source.

DOX DOCUMENT COMPLIANCE SYSTEM

The Document Compliance System (DOX) is a database designed to efficiently generate, track
and maintain the status and location of all documents. DOX tracks past and current documents,
and serves as a tickler system for upcoming document requirements. The system is an
excellent risk mitigation tool for managers, both large and small.
DOX replaces cumbersome, manual processes for tracking documents. Instead, DOX provides a
cohesive system to locate and monitor all necessary paperwork.
REDS
The Real Estate Deal System (REDS) was created for the internal management of real estate
portfolios. Deals are tracked from credit approval through maturity. The multifaceted
tickler system and on-demand reporting features allow users to manage every dimension of a
portfolio.
