New York, June 2009
SGP International, a leader in the business intelligence arena, announces that it has implemented
DataQuest at DEPFA Bank plc, New York Branch.
DEPFA BANK plc is an international public finance bank with approximately 30 offices in Europe,
Asia, the US, and Brazil. They provide financing on bond and loan transactions, central and local
public sector authorities, and mature and emerging markets.
As part of their Patriot Act Compliance, Depfa must perform analyses on all of their SWIFT
transactions to detect patterns and anomalies that require further investigation. They had no
mechanism to both detect and drill into the data that they received. Countless resources were used
to manage a conglomerate of Excel files that had different data structures and contained data that
could not be analyzed as an aggregate. They could see different pieces of a puzzle, but never the
completed picture.
By using DataQuest, Depfa now has the capacity to quickly see which transactions and customers
fall outside of normal patterns. Once exceptions are identified, they can quickly drill in to see
the lowest level of detail. They can also search the data to check against the OFAC SDN list .
All results can be printed on paper, stored electronically or published to the web. This allows
Depfa to create a detailed accounting trail that can be presented to auditors on demand. DataQuest
has allowed Depfa to greatly reduce the resources needed for this analysis and apply them
elsewhere.

New York, April 2009
SGP International, a leader in the business intelligence arena has announced that Aareal Capital
Corporation has implemented DataQuest Pro.
AAREAL Capital Corporation is an active lender in and to the North American real estate market.
Since opening their offices in New York City, they have offered a wide range of lending facilities
including mortgage loans and structured real estate debt. Aareal needed an analysis tool that would
allow them to join data from multiple sources and hierarchies in order to create an ever changing
assortment of custom views into their data.
DataQuest Pro allows easy access to all your data across multiple data sources. It merges all the
data in a centralized, enterprise level database; and has common process management tools and
reporting capabilities through manageable cubes.
With DataQuest Pro attached to Aareal’s multiple data sources, Aareal can now do complex analyses
on their complete body of data instead of only analyzing different pieces of the puzzle. Because
DataQuest is fully integrated with Microsoft Office, navigation is familiar and minimal training is
required. DataQuest’s Drag and Drop functionality allows any user to make complex cubes without
technical expertise or IT support. Once created, DataQuest cubes are fully self- contained do not
require a connection to the datasource to be read.

SGP International Inc., a leading developer of custom designed data management solutions,
announces the launch of the latest version of DataQuest 4.0, SGP’s data analysis and reporting
tool.
As we transition from the Information Age to the Connected Age, we are bombarded with ever
increasing amounts of data from an ever increasing number of data sources. This flood of
information is meaningless without the ability and the agility to aggregate, filter and interpret
the data from any perspective.
How can you access data from multiple sources to extract the information you need without
distortion? Thousands of Excel files throughout your enterprise don’t let you see the big
picture; you need a data mining tool that will connect to all of your data sources to help
you assess risk, find correlations and patterns and better predict trends and behavior.
DataQuest is a robust Business Intelligence solution that allows you easy access to all of
your data across multiple enterprise sources. Relational Databases, Excel files and data extracts
can all be read in DataQuest, which has a user-friendly interface that provides full ad-hoc query
analysis and reporting, with the ability to use drag and drop techniques, and to drill in and
drill out of any data source.
DataQuest 4.0 is fully integrated with Microsoft Office and is designed to operate within your
existing Information Technology Infrastructure. Once a cube is created, it can be viewed
remotely, with or without a database connection. Remote analysis has never been easier. The
data becomes dimensional and can be sliced and diced, and sorted by dimension. Data is
dynamically recalculated as it is sorted and grouped, and the results can be published on
paper, electronically or to the web.

SGP is pleased to announce the launch of Version 3.0 of DataQuest, it’s data
analysis and ad-hoc reporting tool. Included in all SGP custom applications

Version 3.0 has added significant additional features. Amongst them:
There are now three versions:
The Designer – For creating Cubes

Barclays hires SGP to develop a Due Diligence Tracking System
for their residential loan acquisition group.
Barclays buys residential mortgage loans from third party originators.
As part of the acquisition due diligence associated with theses acquisitions,
Barclays contracts with third party vendors for services such as the
underwriting and appraisal of loans.
At any one time Barclays has a number of such acquisitions underway,
each with multiple third party service provider relationships and the involvement
of multiple Barclays personnel.
Previously, Barclays managed the data associated with these acquisitions
and the accompanying task management on a distributed basis. The new system being
developed by SGP will be multiuser; merge all the data in a centralized, enterprise
level database; and have common process management tools and reporting capabilities.
This system was delivered in August 2008.
SGP has implemented a version of its DOX (Document and Covenant Compliance System)
for RaboBank.
In compliance with their loan documents, RaboBanks borrowers are committed to
periodically deliver various reports and to otherwise comply with the various
document provisions.
RaboBank has multiple offices throughout the United States with multiple users
in each office who will be using DOX.
Previously, RaboBank managed the receipt of documents and covenant compliance
on a distributed basis at the office level. The centralized nature of DOX provides
RaboBank with unprecedented levels of management control, management reporting
and data normalization.
New Developments and Research in Treatment Adherence in Schizophrenia:
An Expert Interview With Peter J. Weiden, MD
Editor's Note:
Nearly two-thirds of patients respond well to antipsychotic treatment
after first episode schizophrenia; however, most patients will stop
taking their medications within a year of beginning treatment, and
virtually 100% of these will relapse. On behalf of Medscape, Jeffrey R.
Bishop, PharmD, spoke with Peter J. Weiden, MD, Professor of Psychiatry
and Director of the Psychotic Disorders Program at the University of
Illinois at Chicago Center for Cognitive Medicine, about the PreFER
(Prevent First Episode Relapse) study and the relative merits of long-acting
injectable agents vs oral medications for preventing relapse in patients
